SAN DIEGO, CA – 12/8/2005 – B of I Holding Inc. (NASDAQ: BOFI) today announced Terry M. Harris as its new Chief Credit Officer. Terry will lead all lending activities and expand loan originations and product development for the Bank of Internet USA.
Mr. Harris brings with him over 25 years of executive experience in retail banking, consumer credit and residential mortgage lending. He recently developed Internet-based lending operations and applications systems at Clarkston State Bank, Cornerstone Federal Bank and Harris Financial Group. Mr. Harris also served as Vice President and Division Manager of Consumer Lending at both Crocker National Bank in San Francisco, CA and Michigan National Bank. He began his career at CitiCorp - Advance Mortgage Corporation as Controller of the Servicing Division. Mr. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in finance, both from Michigan State University.
