下面，让我们来回过一下第三届亚洲财富论坛上，董事长项洋先生致的开幕辞：

“ Asia Riches Forum”meeting

   Dear Deputy Mayor Xinhua Su,dear Vice Mayor Lin Li,dear Mr. and Mrs,Tanka Prasad Karki, distinguished leaders  and guests, dear friends ,Ladies and Gentlemen :

   The third “ Asia Riches Forum”meeting continue to be held as scheduled in Sanmenxia in 2009,when there is global economic recession,this is also the particularly difficult year for Hong Kong's economy .This fully illustrated that all my colleagues in the Organizing Committee of Hong Kong's importance to the forum, and more reflects  the strong belief that Hong Kong Special Administrative Region want to overcome  the financial crisis. Against the background of the global recession,as long as Asian countries work together through the establishment of more extensive exchanges and cooperation in a more transparent financial cooperation and coordination mechanism , we will be able to promote Asia's economic recovery track as soon as possible . Asia Riches Forum is not only to seek a win-win situation for Asia , and explore the road to develope global economic, but also for the Chinese enterprises, especially entrepreneurs in Sanmenxia, it provides an external platform for exchanges and cooperation with Asian countries, as well as the freedom of all countries in the world to engage in economic transactions,and it also provided a more convenient access and good business environment for world's entrepreneurs to invest in Sanmenxia. At this point, on behalf of all my colleagues in the Organizing Committee of Hong Kong as well as on my own , I would like to thank the Municipal Sanmenxia, Sanmenxia Municipal People's Government ,for  their so many years of concern and support for Asia Riches Forum. At the same time,we also thank the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal,for their actively assistance and co-ordinating  for this meeting.And,we also thank Gyurcsány Ferenc,the former president of Hungary ,who paid attention to the convening of this forum and sent a congratulatory letter to the General Assembly.

    Ladies and Gentlemen, Today's world is an open, multi-polarization and with common economic interests world. No country can exist in isolation, the common economic interests, let the fate of the world be tightly together. When last year's U.S. sub-loan financial crisis began, this crisis soon spread to all countries in the world, no country has been able to shake off the impact of financial crisis . This sounds the alarm that if the world want to develop, Asia want to develop, we must take the path of global integration together.And the world's financial system must establish a more transparent and global open joint coordination mechanism. Only by this, countries around the world are able to get out of the shadow of financial crisis .

    Ladies and Gentlemen, The third “ Asia Riches Forum”meeting,held in Sanmenxia, We hope that more entrepreneurs could seize this opportunity , to take participation in a wider economic and trade exchanges with Asian countries. In particular,the presence of Tanka Prasad Karki,the Ambassador of Nepal, providing a broader channel for Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs to do investment.The Sanmenxia entrepreneurs who have a certain economic strength should seize the opportunities for development, change from resource-based business to based on scientific and technological innovation, and go out of the country,go into Asia, to open up more field of overseas market to make the best interests . This is the time we will make contributions to not only sanmenxia but also China, I believe that a successful entrepreneur will be good at grasping the opportunity to develop their own well-being of mankind and to explore the great and noble cause. 

   Ladies and Gentlemen,due to the global impact of influenza, the delegation of Indonesia, Mexico, California, were unable to come here. However, before the meeting, they have sent congratulatory messages to the Organizing Committee in different ways,showing their concern about investing in Sanmenxia. Here,I express my heartfelt thanks to them! Finally, to all the guests and friends that attend this meeting and the media guests ,I express my sincere thanks!

   尊敬的苏新华常务副司长阁下，尊敬的李琳副市长阁下，尊敬的市政协主席孙继伟阁下，尊敬的坦卡普拉萨德·卡尔基大使阁下，尊敬的坦卡普拉萨德·卡尔基夫人，尊敬的易宪容主任阁下，尊敬的各位领导，各位来宾，各位朋友，女士们，先生们：

   第三届亚洲财富论坛在全球经济衰退的2009年，也是香港经济特别困难的2009年，能够继续在三门峡市如期举行，这充分说明了大会组委会香港全体同仁对举办论坛的重视，更加体现了香港特区战胜金融危机的坚强信念。在这全球经济还无法预料何时复苏的背景下，亚洲各国携起手来通过交流合作建立更广泛更透明的金融合作协调机制，就一定能够促进亚洲经济早日走向复苏轨道。亚洲财富论坛不仅是为亚洲谋求共赢，探索全球经济发展之路，也是为中国企业尤其是三门峡市企业家提供了一个对外交流与合作的平台与亚洲国家以及世界各国能够自由的从事经济贸易的往来，也为世界各国的企业家来三门峡投资提供了更便利的通道和良好的经商环境，在此，我代表大会组委会香港全体同仁以及我个人向三门峡市委、三门峡市人民政府多年来关心和支持亚洲财富论坛表示衷心的感谢。同时也要非常的感谢尼泊尔联邦民主共和国对本次会议的积极协助和配合。对关注本次论坛的召开并向大会发来贺信的匈牙利前总理久尔恰尼·佛朗茨先生阁下，也表示诚挚的谢意！

   女士们、先生们，当今的世界是开放的、多极化、经济利益共同化的世界，任何一个国家都不能孤立的存在，经济利益的共同化，把世界各国的命运紧紧地联系在一起，从去年美国的资贷金融风暴开始，很快这种危机就波及到世界各国，没有任何一个国家能够摆脱金融危机的影响，这就更进一步向世界各国发出了长期的警钟，世界要发展，亚洲要发展，就必须联合起来走全球经济一体化的道路，世界各国的金融系统也必须建立一个全球性的更加透明联合协调的开放机制。唯有此，世界各国才能摆脱金融危机的阴影。

   女士们、先生们，亚洲财富论坛，在三门峡市举行，我们希望更多的企业家能够抓住论坛在这里举办的机会，与亚洲国家建立更广泛的参与经济贸易往来，尤其是尼泊尔大使坦卡·普拉萨德·卡尔基先生阁下的到会，为中外企业家投资兴业提供了更宽广的政策渠道。具备一定经济实力的三门峡企业家，应该抓住当今发展的机遇，从资源型创业走向科技创新之路，走出国门，走进亚洲，去开拓更能赚取最高利益的海外领域的大市场。这是为三门峡也是为中国作贡献的时候，我相信，一个成功的企业家一定会善于把握机遇，发展自己去开拓造福人类而崇高的伟大事业。

   女士们、先生们，由于全球新产生型流感的影响，有如下的企业家，印度尼西亚、墨西哥、美国加州等代表团未能到会，但在会议召开之前他们以不同的方式纷纷向大会组委会发来了贺信，关注着来三门峡投资兴业，在这里也向他们表示衷心的感谢！最后，向光临本次论坛的所有来宾朋友以及新闻界的朋友们表示最诚挚的谢意！
